This system allows the customer to place bets automatically without speaking to an operator. A touch-tone telephone is necessary for the use of this system.
HOW TO PLACE A BET:

When you hear: Welcome to Western Regional OTB touch-tone-wagering, etc.
- Enter Account Number - Enter your account number followed by # sign.
- Enter 4 Digit Pin - enter your 4 digit pin number followed by # sign.
- The system will respond: Your balance is $xx.
- Enter Track - Enter *# for a list of available tracks (e.g. NYRA is 6). Enter track # followed by the # sign.
- Enter Race - Enter race number followed by # sign.
- Enter Pool (Bet Type) - Enter *# for a list of bet types available for that race. Enter bet type number followed by # sign. For boxed wagers, enter * sign, bet type number followed by # sign, e.g., Exacta Box *15#, Trifecta Box *6#.
