1)  Contest runs from Monday March 17 thru Friday April 11 at all Western Regional OTB branches and
     E-Z Bet locations.

2)  Post cards will be sent to all persons in the OTB database for delivery the week of March 10
     providing recipient with TEN (10) contest entries and inclusion in an "early bird" prize drawing
     if card is presented at an OTB or E-Z Bet location.

3)  ONE entry per person at branches and E-Z Bets. All entries must be filled out completely (name, 
     address, phone and e-mail - if you have one) and deposited in contest box at any OTB or E-Z Bet.
     Multiple and/or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

4)  All entries must be returned to OTB Corporate Offices at Batavia Downs (Attn: Alyson Avino) by
     12:00 noon on Tuesday, April 15, 2008. Entries received after that time/date will not be included in
     the contest drawing to be held at Batavia the afternoon of Tuesday, April 15, 2008

5)  A trip for two to the 2008 Kentucky Derby on May 3 and $100 will be awarded to the person whose
     name is selected. Trip includes round-trip airfare between Buffalo and Louisville and two nights
     lodging at the Days Inn/Louisville. No cash consideration. Trip is non-transferable.

6)  Employees of Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation, OTB E-Z Bet locations and
     Batavia Downs Gaming and members of their families are not eligible to participate.

7)  No purchase necessary. Must be 18 to participate. Certain restrictions apply.
